The Spanish National Association of Plastics Recyclers (ASOCIACIÓN NACIONAL DE RECICLADORES DE PLÁSTICO) is especially committed to protecting the personal data of the users of the website's services. Through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Policy), the Association informs the USERS of this website of the uses to which the personal data collected on the website is subject, so that they can decide, freely and voluntarily, whether they wish to provide the requested information.

Purpose of the processing
The collection and processing of the personal data gathered through the contact form has the purpose of managing, administering, providing, expanding and improving the services provided by the Association, responding to the requests for information and/or enquiries submitted.

The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, or until the data subject requests its deletion and is entitled to do so.
Legal basis
The Association is entitled to process personal data on the basis of the consent given by the data subject for one or more specific purposes, as set out in Article 6.1.a) and 6.1.b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Recipients
The personal data collected will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except in the cases necessary for the development, control and fulfilment of the stated purpose(s), in the cases provided for by Law, as well as in the specific cases of which the User is expressly informed.

- Objection: in certain circumstances the data subject may object to the processing of their data. In that case the ENTITY will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
- Data portability: only applicable to automated data, it consists of transferring the data from the ENTITY to a new data controller (not to the data subject, and at their request).
