She engages with European institutions, industry and the value chain on dossiers such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and food-contact compliance, promoting practical, science-based solutions for high-quality recycling.
Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal at PELLENC ST, a manufacturer of optical sorters based in Marseille. Trained in Industrial Drafting in Barcelona, he made a commercial turn in his career within the automotive sector, where he discovered his vocation for technical sales. Since then he has developed his career across several companies, going on to lead PELLENC ST's business in the Iberian Peninsula, combining strategic vision with a lasting interest in continuous learning.
Has led Dow's sustainability strategy for the EMEA region in the Packaging and Specialty Plastics business since early 2022, driving the company's external engagement on plastics circularity and climate policy. She co-chairs Plastics Europe's Circularity Council and represents Dow in leading European associations such as Ceflex, EUROPEN and BPF. A Chemical Engineer from the University of Santiago de Compostela with an Executive MBA from EAE Business School, she is firmly committed to gender equity through mentoring programmes such as AmChamSpain and Inspira STEM.

An Aeronautical Engineer with a Master's from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an Executive Program Management from IE Business School, he brings over 20 years of experience in the recycling sector, having previously built his career in the automotive and aeronautics industries. Throughout his career he has actively taken part in circular-economy, plastics-recycling and sustainable-industrial-model initiatives, contributing to the representation of the sector at both national and European level.

He represents the second family generation and brings over 30 years of experience in recycling and compounding, with a background in electronics, design and sales. He has led the company's transformation from a basic recycler into a cutting-edge compounder, specialising in the design of innovative materials and solutions for complex recycled products.
Spain's Commissioner for the Circular Economy since 2023, within the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO). A biologist from the Complutense University of Madrid with a Master's in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Diplomatic School, he has served as Regional Minister for Sustainability and Ecological Transition and spokesperson for the Government of La Rioja, adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and AECID cooperation officer in several countries. He drives Spain's Circular Economy PERTE and ecodesign as engines of the transition toward a more sustainable production model.
